Data Mining Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Mining Analyst to join our team in the US. In this role, you will be responsible for extracting and analyzing large amounts of data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights. You will work closely with our data science team to develop algorithms and models that will support decision making within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large datasets from various sources
- Use data mining techniques to extract relevant information and identify patterns and trends
- Analyze data using statistical methods and machine learning algorithms
- Develop predictive models to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide insights based on data analysis
- Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in data mining, machine learning, and analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and programming languages such as Python or R
- Familiarity with data mining tools (e.g. SAS, RapidMiner)
- Experience working with large datasets and databases
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner
