Hotel Manager - Doha, Qatar



As a Hotel Manager in Doha, Qatar, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel to ensure exceptional guest experiences and maximum profitability. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who is able to lead a team and maintain high standards of service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and increase revenue
- Monitor daily operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance
- Ensure that all departments are operating efficiently and effectively
- Create and maintain positive relationships with guests, staff, and vendors
- Train, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff to ensure high levels of customer service
- Maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment to meet guest needs
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Oversee maintenance of the hotel premises to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing plans to attract new business opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in hotel management or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate, train, and manage staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills is a plus)
- Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and revenue management techniques
- Strong understanding of hotel operations including front desk management, housekeeping procedures, food & beverage services, maintenance systems etc.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
