Hotel Manager - Doha, Qatar (Egyptian Nationals Preferred)


We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be an Egyptian national with a minimum of 5 years experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial role.

As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel including guest services, staff training and development, budgeting and financial planning, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all hotel policies and procedures are followed to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests and employees.

The successful candidate must possess strong leadership skills and have the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also essential for this role. You must have a thorough understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, as well as experience with budgeting and financial management.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate. A valid work permit or residency in Qatar is required.
