Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Salalah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
- Analyze sales data and create reports for management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
- Ability to travel within the region as needed
- Fluency in English is required

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month plus commission based on performance. Accommodation will also be provided for non-local candidates.
