Loader - Warehouse Assistant (Nakuru, Kenya)



We are hiring for a Loader - Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading goods from trucks and preparing them for distribution to customers. This is a physically demanding role that requires manual labor and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Load and unload goods from trucks using hand trucks or other equipment
- Check inventory and ensure correct items are being loaded
- Prepare goods for distribution by packaging, labeling, and organizing them
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate with truck drivers to coordinate loading schedules
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and accuracy in organizing goods
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred but not required
