We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Monte-Carlo, Monaco. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees to ensure project success and maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve project goals and meet deadlines
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity and efficiency
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project updates, challenges, and solutions
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth coordination of projects
- Develop strategies for continuous improvement of team processes and workflows
- Create detailed reports on team performance, budget utilization, and project progress for senior management
- Identify training needs for team members and organize relevant training sessions
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role within a similar industry
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- Fluency in English (knowledge of French is a plus)
