IT Manager


An IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the management, implementation, and maintenance of all information technology systems and services within an organization. They must have a deep understanding of current technology trends and be able to develop strategic plans for the use of technology to improve business operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the use of technology within the organization
- Oversee the management of all information technology systems and services, including hardware, software, and networks
- Ensure the security and integrity of all data and systems
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Manage IT budget and effectively allocate resources
- Stay informed on current technology trends and developments in order to make informed decisions about future investments
- Provide technical support to employees as needed
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that technology aligns with overall organizational goals
- Hire, train, and manage a team of IT professionals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Proficient in a variety of operating systems, networks, databases, programming languages, and other relevant technologies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of data security protocols

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Kolding (Relocation assistance may be provided)
