Sales Manager
Job Title: Sales Manager for Indian Market
As a Sales Manager for the Indian market, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients in India. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and revenue by identifying new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing accounts.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional who is familiar with the Indian market, culture, and business practices. You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Prior experience in sales or account management is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients in the Indian market and build relationships through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their continued satisfaction with our products or services
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Stay updated on industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national or have extensive experience working in the Indian market
- Proven track record of success in sales or account management
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to travel within India when necessary
