Sous Chef

We are in search of an experienced and skilled Sous Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in São Paulo. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes, along with excellent leadership and organizational skills. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, ordering supplies, and ensuring food safety standards are met. You must have a culinary degree or equivalent experience and be able to work well under pressure. Knowledge of Brazilian cuisine is preferred but not required.
