Administrative Assistant

We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company and its employees. This position is open to candidates from Egypt and other foreign nationals who are fluent in English. Prior experience is not required, as we will provide training. This role comes with accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-UAE residents. We encourage women to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Drafting and proofreading documents such as letters, memos, and reports
- Maintaining records and filing systems
- Coordinating travel arrangements for employees
- Assisting with office supplies inventory and ordering
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: $1800 USD per month
