Handyman for Maintenance and Repairs in Medina

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our maintenance team in Medina. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties. Your main duties will include fixing plumbing and electrical issues, repairing appliances, painting, and performing general handyman tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Skilled in various trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Good physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and find solutions
- Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:
- Inspect properties regularly for maintenance needs
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as needed
- Repair or replace appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, and air conditioners
- Paint interior walls and ceilings as needed
- Handle basic landscaping tasks such as mowing lawns and trimming trees
- Keep track of inventory of tools and supplies needed for repairs
- Communicate with property owners/tenants to understand their repair needs

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This job is located in Medina. Malayalees are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
