Handyman Technician

We are seeking a qualified Handyman Technician to join our team in Medina. As a Handyman Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining various building systems and equipment, as well as completing general maintenance tasks. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair issues with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance on building equipment such as boilers, pumps, and generators
- Complete general handyman tasks such as painting, carpentry, and basic repairs
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while completing tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding work orders and progress

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or in a related field
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general maintenance tasks
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (Filipino proficiency preferred)
- Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds

Location: Medina (Filipino national preferred)
