We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Akron. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to weld and join metal parts together. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in welding and possess excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding process
- Set up and operate welding equipment such as gas torches, arc welders, and plasma cutters
- Clean, prepare, and inspect metal surfaces before welding
- Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding techniques
- Monitor the welding process to ensure quality and identify any defects that may arise
- Conduct repairs on welded parts as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welder
- Proficient in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.
