Junior Accountant

Our accounting firm in Fonvieille is seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team and provide support to our clients. This is an entry-level position perfect for recent graduates or those with limited accounting experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation of financial statements and reports
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Reconcile bank statements and other accounts
- Prepare tax returns and assist with tax planning
- Help with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and answer any questions
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software programs
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Fonvieille, visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
