Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and designs.
- Oversee the budget, timeline, and quality of projects.
- Review and approve project proposals, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
- Manage project teams and ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect or Architecture Manager.
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills are a plus).
- Must be able to work independently on a part-time basis.
