Part-Time Architecture Manager in Aarhus, Denmark


We are seeking a talented and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Aarhus. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architectural projects, from concept design to construction and completion.
Salary: 1500$
City: Aarhus, Denmark

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement architectural strategies and plans in line with company objectives
- Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and designers to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and timeline constraints
- Oversee the development of project proposals, budgets, schedules, and contracts
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide design solutions, and ensure client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve project designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect or Architecture Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
