Barista - Coffee Shop Staff

We are hiring a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at our coffee shop in Dickirch. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks
- Ensure high quality and consistency in all beverages served
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Take orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers on different types of coffee beans and brewing methods
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Collaborate with team members to create new menu items or promotions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- No previous experience required - we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Must have excellent communication skills (English not required)
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
