IT Manager

We are looking for an experienced and driven IT Manager to join our team in Remish. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure of our company and ensuring its smooth operation. Your main duties will include managing the IT budget, implementing and maintaining hardware and software systems, and providing technical support to employees.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Manage the company's technology budget
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software systems
- Provide technical support to employees
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
- Monitor network performance and make necessary adjustments
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of network administration, database management, and cloud computing
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with project management tools is a plus

Salary:
