IT Manager


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Remish, India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the information technology needs of our company. This includes overseeing the maintenance, upgrades, and security of our systems, as well as leading a team of IT professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of all systems.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware and software.
- Manage network security and data backup processes to protect against cyber threats.
- Lead a team of IT professionals and provide guidance on technical issues.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvements to current systems.
- Train employees on new software or equipment as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and security protocols.
- Experience with database management systems.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
