Skilled Handyman in Plovdiv, Bulgaria

We are a property management company located in Plovdiv and we are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. This position is open to all nationalities, but candidates who are Indian and do not require English proficiency are preferred. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Handyman and will be able to perform a variety of maintenance tasks on our properties.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Inspect properties regularly and identify any issues that need to be addressed
- Communicate with property owners to address their maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Proficient in basic repair techniques for plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry
- Ability to communicate effectively with property owners and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessary

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
