IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Utena, managing our company's information technology systems. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT operations, including hardware and software maintenance, network security, and system upgrades. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our technology infrastructure and supporting our business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our company's information technology systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security
- Maintain and upgrade hardware and software systems as needed
- Monitor network performance to identify potential issues and troubleshoot as necessary
- Manage relationships with external vendors for IT services and support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements for our systems
- Train employees on new technologies or processes as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Proven experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
- Experience with hardware/software maintenance and upgrades
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-tech employees
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience working in a contract-based job preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Utena but we welcome candidates from any nationality who have their own visa.
