A reputable company in Faisalabad is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. As the Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing our company's network and computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Ensure network security by implementing appropriate measures
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other related hardware
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and security settings
- Monitor system backups and perform data recovery when necessary
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies in the field of networking and systems administration
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure smooth functioning of all systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of networks including LAN/WAN protocols, TCP/IP protocols, DNS/DHCP services
- Strong understanding of computer systems (hardware/software) and infrastructure components
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is preferred
- Knowledge of security protocols and best practices for data protection
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
