Office Assistant in Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient and smooth office operations. This position is open to Indian nationals and is a part-time role with a salary of 1300$. No prior English language skills are required.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Take meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi or any Indian regional language (English skills are not required)
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners etc.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
