Entry-level Construction Manager


We are a growing construction company based in Salalah, seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Entry-level Construction Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in construction management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality of work
- Prepare project schedules and budget reports
- Communicate with clients and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Kenyan nationality preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Fluent in English
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

Salary:
Starting salary of 1300$ per month with potential for growth within the company.

Location:
This role is based in Salalah but may require occasional travel to project sites within Oman.
