Construction Manager for Contract Projects (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our contract projects in Salalah. As an Indian national, you will bring your expertise and cultural understanding to help us successfully complete our projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring they are aligned with client requirements and budget limitations
- Oversee the selection of contractors and suppliers based on their qualifications and track record
- Monitor progress on construction sites to ensure adherence to plans and timelines
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses, negotiating contracts, and implementing cost-saving measures when necessary
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in contract projects, preferably in the Middle East region
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
