Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our dynamic team in Esbjerg. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures and facilities, such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that projects meet all technical specifications and are completed within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and practical designs for industrial buildings, taking into consideration factors such as functionality, safety, cost-effectiveness, and environmental impact.
- Collaborate with engineers to determine structural requirements for projects.
- Coordinate with contractors during the construction phase to ensure that designs are implemented accurately.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Review project proposals from clients to determine feasibility and make recommendations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and standards to continually improve design processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficient in CAD software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred:
- Experience working on industrial projects in the oil & gas or manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles.

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Esbjerg (accommodation provided)
