Tile Setter


We are a reputable construction company in Odense looking for a skilled Tile Setter to join our team. As a Tile Setter, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled
- Prepare surfaces by removing old tiles, filling in cracks, and cleaning the area
- Cut tiles to fit around obstacles using tools such as tile cutters or saws
- Mix and apply adhesives or mortar to secure tiles in place
- Align and level tiles using tools such as levels, straightedges, or squares
- Grout tiles after they have set
- Install tile trim and seal edges with caulking or other materials
- Inspect surfaces for imperfections before and after installation
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tile Setter or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of tile materials and installation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical plans
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Physical strength to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods of time
- Own transportation to travel between job sites

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Odense (local candidates preferred)

Contract job - 6 months with possibility of extension

Visa sponsorship not available - must have valid work permit/visa
