Rental Coordinator (Indian Nationals)
A rental company in Nairobi is seeking a skilled and experienced Rental Coordinator to join our team. As a Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the rental process from start to finish, including coordinating with customers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely delivery of rental equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their rental needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage the rental process from start to finish, including equipment selection, pricing, and scheduling
- Keep accurate records of all rentals and update inventory as needed
- Coordinate delivery and pick-up of rental equipment with customers and drivers
- Ensure timely return of all rental equipment and follow up on any overdue items
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
- Resolve any issues or complaints related to rentals in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Nairobi
- Previous experience in a similar role at a rental company preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
