We are a leading manufacturing company in Split, seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numeric controlled (CNC) machinery to produce precise parts and components.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Load materials into machines and adjust cutting tools as needed
- Monitor machine operations and make any necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Familiarity with CNC programming and operation techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials if needed
- Knowledge of basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
