We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our team in Split. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform various tasks such as drilling, milling, or cutting. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Understand technical drawings and blueprints to determine the necessary tooling and materials
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality work output
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during operation
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Prior experience as a CNC operator or similar role preferred
- Understanding of technical drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of different types of tools, materials, and machining processes
- Ability to operate various hand tools and machinery safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
