Pastry Chef for High-End Restaurant in Ashdod, Israel
Our upscale restaurant in Ashdod is seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant setting. We are looking for someone with a passion for creating delicious and visually stunning desserts that will leave our guests wanting more.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain an innovative and diverse dessert menu
- Monitor and manage inventory of all pastry ingredients
- Train and supervise other pastry staff members
- Ensure all desserts are prepared to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with the executive chef to develop new dessert dishes that complement the overall menu
- Stay current on industry trends and incorporate them into our dessert offerings
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant setting
- Degree or certificate in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, equipment, and ingredients
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1600/month
