Office Manager for English-speaking Company in Vilnius, Lithuania
We are a dynamic and growing English-speaking company in Vilnius, seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational tasks within the office. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations and providing support to our team members.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations, including coordinating schedules, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, creating reports and presentations, and maintaining records
- Assist with HR duties such as recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and managing employee leave requests
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring excellent customer service
- Support team members with various tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in office management or administrative role
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
