We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the project from start to finish. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Manage project budget and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget constraints
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and safety standards are being followed
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with various stakeholders
- Proven track record in successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per week for this full-time position.
