Part-Time Finisher in Bergen


A part-time finisher is needed for a company in Bergen, Norway. This position requires someone with experience in finishing work, specifically in carpentry and woodworking. Responsibilities:
- Perform finishing work on various projects, including sanding, staining, and varnishing
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Install and assemble finished products
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a finisher in carpentry or woodworking
- Knowledge of different types of wood and their properties
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Attention to detail with excellent measuring skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials if necessary

Preferred:
- Experience working with different types of finishes (e.g. paint, stain, varnish)
- Basic understanding of electrical systems for installing lighting fixtures or outlets
