Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Copenhagen. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities, including factories, warehouses, and distribution centers.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial projects
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information necessary for project development
- Create detailed architectural plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure efficient project execution
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct research on new materials, technologies, and construction methods to enhance project design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or in a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and standards related to industrial projects
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Strong project management skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate technical drawings
