Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager in Vianden, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Your main role will be to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and restaurant cleanliness. You will also be responsible for managing and training staff, creating schedules, and monitoring inventory and expenses.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in English (French or German is a plus)
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening/closing procedures
- Train and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to food safety standards
- Create schedules for employees based on business needs
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels
- Manage expenses within budgetary guidelines
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Implement marketing strategies to attract more customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
Salary: 1200$
Contract Type: Full-time, with possibility for extension
