Restaurant Manager
We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Indian restaurant located in Vianden. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, customer service, and financial performance. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper ordering and stocking of supplies
- Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments to improve profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Biometric passport required for visa purposes (if not already an EU citizen)
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1,400 per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
