Office Manager - Part Time (Egyptian or Canadian preferred)
We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office, including administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. This position is ideal for someone with a biometric passport and no English language skills required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate meetings and take meeting minutes
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Egyptian or Canadian nationality preferred
- Must have a biometric passport
- Previous experience in an office management role is a plus but not required
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills in English (no English language skills required)
- Ability to work part-time hours, with potential for full-time in the future
Salary: 1100$ per month (part-time)
