Barista in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
-Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages according to company standards
-Ensuring quality control of all beverages served
-Greeting customers and taking their orders in a friendly and efficient manner
-Providing excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns or complaints
-Maintaining cleanliness of the café area, including wiping down tables, counters, and equipment
-Stocking supplies as needed and maintaining inventory levels
-Processing transactions using the cash register or other payment methods
-Following all food safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements:
-Prior experience working as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
-Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus
-Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
-Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays if needed
-Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
