Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and spaces. Your primary focus will be on creating functional and visually appealing designs that meet the needs of clients, while also adhering to building codes and regulations. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and budget, as well as collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, experience with CAD software and knowledge of sustainable building practices is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and create design concepts
- Develop detailed drawings and specifications for commercial buildings
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong understanding of design principles
