We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's network infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation. This includes troubleshooting network issues, installing and configuring network devices, and monitoring network performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the company's systems, including servers and applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of networking protocols and experience with system administration. This full-time position offers a salary of 1800$ per month with accommodation provided. Applicants must have their own visa to work in Portugal.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the company's network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance to ensure optimal functioning
- Manage the company's systems including servers and applications
- Perform regular backups of data to prevent loss
- Identify potential security risks and implement measures to protect the network
- Stay up-to-date with new networking technologies to make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with system administration in Linux or Windows environments
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Good understanding of security concepts
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills
