Retail Merchandiser - Herzliya, Israel

We are searching for a driven and organized Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Herzliya. In this role, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching displays and ensuring that products are stocked and presented in an appealing manner. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays to attract customers
- Ensure that all products are properly stocked and restocked as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers as needed
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement and display effectiveness
- Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales through merchandising
- Train store staff on proper product placement and display techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of store shelves, displays, and backroom storage areas

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or visual merchandising preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel
