Seamstress for Indian Clothing Boutique (Part-Time)

We are a well-established Indian clothing boutique located in the vibrant city of Mombasa. We are currently seeking a skilled seamstress to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is perfect for someone with experience in sewing traditional Indian garments and has a passion for fashion and design.

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and sew fabrics according to specific designs and measurements
- Alter or repair clothing as needed
- Assist with inventory management and organizing of materials
- Collaborate with designers to bring their vision to life
- Ensure high quality standards are met in all garments produced

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a seamstress, preferably with knowledge of traditional Indian clothing
- Proven ability to work with various fabrics and garments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions
- Good communication skills, able to collaborate with others effectively
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month. This is a part-time role, working 20 hours per week. We offer flexible scheduling options.
