Job Title: Solar Installer



We are currently hiring a skilled Solar Installer to join our growing team in Alta. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar systems on residential and commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for renewable energy.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment according to design specifications
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal placement of solar panels
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing solar systems
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installations or maintenance
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure installations meet safety and quality standards
- Keep accurate records of all installation and maintenance activities
- Communicate with customers regarding project timelines and updates

Requirements:
- Prior experience in solar installation preferred but not required
- Must be physically fit and able to work at heights
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, including AC/DC wiring, grounding, and circuit breakers
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Valid driver's license

Salary: $1600/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Alta (relocation assistance available)
