Office Assistant in La Condamine, Monaco
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant in La Condamine, Monaco. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, such as emails and phone calls
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare documents and reports
- Assist with data entry and filing
- Handle basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an office assistant or administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles is a plus
Salary:
We offer a salary of 1800$ per month for this position.
