Courier Delivery Associate


We are a reputable courier company based in Abu-Dhabi, seeking a motivated and reliable Courier Delivery Associate to join our team. As a Courier Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering packages and documents to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This is an English speaking job open to Egyptian nationals with or without experience.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver packages to customers in designated areas within assigned time frames
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time
- Use navigation systems to plan the best route for delivery
- Collect payments from customers when necessary
- Maintain communication with dispatch team for any changes or updates on deliveries
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving company vehicle
- Keep accurate records of deliveries made and payments collected

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Must be Egyptian national with valid residency in Abu-Dhabi
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to use navigation systems and basic knowledge of Abu-Dhabi roads
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally
- Physically fit to lift, carry, and handle packages up to 50lbs
- Previous experience as a courier or delivery associate is preferred but not required
