Construction Project Manager - Al Buraymi, Oman


We are searching for a highly experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the construction process. This includes managing budgets, schedules, resources, and ensuring quality workmanship. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process including site preparation, materials procurement, and subcontractor management
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans as needed
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to specifications and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, resource management, and quality control
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Knowledge of local laws/regulations related to construction in Al Buraymi is preferred
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position. This role does not include accommodation but visa sponsorship may be provided for non-Omani candidates. We welcome applications from freshers who meet the above requirements.
