Indian Construction Manager in Al Buraymi


We are seeking an experienced Indian Construction Manager to oversee construction projects in Al Buraymi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to overseeing on-site operations and ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a diverse team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Oversee on-site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays
- Manage project documentation, including permits and contracts
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate progress updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This is a full-time job located in Al Buraymi. Candidates must have their own visa and accommodation.
