Architecture Manager


As an Architecture Manager, you will oversee and manage the design and construction of various architectural projects in Ufa. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet the required standards, timelines and budget constraints. Your role will involve collaborating with project teams, clients, contractors and government officials to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all architectural projects, including design development, construction documentation, and construction administration
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget
- Conduct site visits and inspections to review quality control and adherence to specifications
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project status
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and clients as needed
- Develop project budgets and schedules in coordination with the finance department
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, techniques, building materials, codes, regulations, safety standards etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software programs
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
