A reputable surveying company in Nakuru is searching for a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping out land layouts, boundaries, and topographical features using specialized equipment and software. Your role will involve conducting surveys for various construction and development projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and drones
- Analyze collected data to determine land boundaries, elevations, and topographical features
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate project planning and development
- Keep up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations in order to comply with all legal requirements
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment regularly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in land surveying or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in land surveying or similar role
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and drones
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.
